Delete your account
You can request deletion of your BloodPulse account and associated personal data subject to legal or operational retention needs (for example fraud prevention or where the law requires us to keep certain records).
Option 1 — Email request
Send an email to support@bloodpulse.in from the email address associated with your account (or clearly state your registered phone number and name so we can verify your identity).
Subject line: “Account deletion request — BloodPulse”
Include: your full name, the phone number used in the app, and confirmation that you want your account and personal data deleted.
Option 2 — In the mobile app (if available)
If your app version includes an account or profile screen with a “Delete account” or “Request deletion” action, you may use that flow. If you do not see this option, use Option 1.
What happens after deletion
After we verify your request and complete deletion where applicable:
- Your account access will be removed and you may need to register again to use the Services.
- Some information may remain in backups for a limited period, or where we must retain it for legal, security, or dispute resolution purposes.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.
